PAYROLL TRUST ACCOUNT

IATSE Local 118 provides a payroll administration service for some of the organizations which employ our members and permittees.

How It Works: When you work a call, the money for that job gets sent to our Payroll Service. We take care of the usual deductions and benefits. Once that's done, wages are sent out to the folks who worked the call. Simple as that — you do the work and the Payroll Service makes sure you get paid properly.

GETTING PAID

All wages are paid by DIRECT DEPOSIT to your bank account.

Payroll is uploaded to the bank every Thursday. You will receive your paystub by email first. Funds will be deposited in your bank account 2 business days later.

To UPDATE YOUR BANK INFO, fill out the Direct Deposit Request Form

The Board meets as needed, but at least quarterly, and reports to the Local 118 Executive Board and Membership on a regular basis.

Hold on to your paystubs!

Paystubs can be useful for many years as proof of positions worked and for establishing income levels. This may be helpful in verifying skills or establishing income in insurance, worker compensation or lawsuit payments. (eg skill verification, car accidents and disability pay outs), and proving your work history when applying to become a member.
